Senapt Metering as a Service is an operational software ecosystem designed to support the end-to-end management of smart meter installations across the UK. The tablet application was one of the core products used directly by engineers in the field.

Designed in close collaboration with technical engineers and installation teams, the app transforms complex operational procedures into structured and intuitive workflows — supporting commissioning, safety checks, reporting systems and real-time job management within demanding field environments.

The challenge was not only technical accuracy, but creating interfaces that could support engineers naturally throughout complex operational tasks.
